Marcia has a Bachelor Degree in Nursing and is a RN in the state of Ga. She holds a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Counseling and has been a counselor for over 18 years. She has been a staff minister and counselor of 4 different churches. She has taught and supervised Christian counselors. She and Wayne have been in ministry for over 26 years: Pastoring 6 yrs, Missions 13 yrs; and Bible Colleges 10 years. She is a Certified Christian Marriage & Family Therapist and a member of the Georgia Christian Counselors Assn; American Assn. of Christian Counselors; and the American Society of Christian Therapists as well as the American Counselors Assn. She has a great compassion for those hurting and sparks new life & challenges you to grow!

Fabian Harper: B.A, M.A,
Fabian has a Bachelor's Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay University
and a Master's of Arts Degree in Christian Counseling from Luther Rice
University. Fabian has worked at Summit Ridge Psychiatric Hospital
conducting groups with both adults and teenagers. He has also done
individual therapy with adults and adolescent populations. Fabian has
provided services as a Family Counselor, Chaplain Assistant, and trained as a
Prison Counselor, Missions Director and Community Evangelist. He is an
ordained minister who specializes in treating sexual abuse, addictions, bi-polar
disorder, substance abuse, marital and pre-marital issues, troubled teens,
suicidality, depression and anxiety, identity conflicts and other
self-destructive behaviors. Fabian constantly seek through the aid of
God's spirit to align people to their true identity and wholeness in Christ.

Mary Clark: B.A, M.A.
Mary has her Master's Degree in Christian Counseling and is currently a doctoral candidate at Logos University. She is a licensed Christian Counselor/Therapist. She is also an ordained minister who facilitated & directed multiple recovery groups. She has years of ministry experience serving as a staff counselor at several local churches. Both Mary's education & training equip her to provide loving, caring, professional assistance to those in need. Mary combines both psychological and biblical principles to minister to people in search of wholeness. Mary is a member of the Georgia Christian Counselors Association and the American Association of Christian Counselors.

Cassandra Collins, B.S.W.
Cassandra is a student at University of Georgia studying her Master's in Social Work. She completed a Bachelors of Social Work at University of Alabama and has worked with addiction groups, HIV clients, teens with family issues, sexual abuse situations and various groups. She has worked in the health department as well as maintaining and coordinating residential services and resources for families in need. She currently works with our food pantry and feeding of the homeless as well as providing counseling for those who need therapy and resources. She desires to help others from a Christ centered point of view. Welcome to our group!

Donna Mariney, B.S.
Donna is a student at University of Georgia studying to be a Licensed Social Worker in Georgia and is doing her Masters Degree intern work here at NBCC. Donna completed a B.S. in Criminology from Florida AM. She has worked in Dept. of Family & Children Services, substance abuse facilities, and home care networking and support for extremely ill clients. She is a member of NASW and DST sorority. Her background in police services and legal issues allows her to help those with domestic violence issues and brings a different flavor of counseling to our team. She is particularly good with children and desires to work with families. She has a great love for the Lord and desires to see the client find the resources and help that they need to grow and develop to their full potential.

Beth Bailey, RN
Beth is a student at Trinity College studying to be a Christian Counselor. She has been teaching and discipling women for over 6 years. Being one of four to start a Celebrate Recovery group as a team leader and trainer, her heart opened to counseling where she delights in being a part of seeing lives change. As 2 Corinthians 3:18 states, "We who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory are being transformed into his likeness with an ever increasing glory forever and ever which comes from the Holy Spirit." She desires to do counseling from a spiritual & biblical viewpoint and to reach those who have struggled. Beth wants to see you grow in your knowledge of the Word of God and find your stability in Christ.
