FEES:
Our normal fee is $75.00 per 1 hour session. We also have a sliding-scale fee and Masters-Level interns that can take lower rates per hour based on income which is an option
for those struggling or out of work but may change the counselor that you may see. NBCC accepts check, cash and debit or credit cards. Some of our counselors take
insurance; please contact the office to find out which counselors take insurance: Insurance accepted is Blue Cross; Blue Shield, Cigna, and Aetna. If you want to come and get
an invoice; then usually insurances will pay as a out of network provider. Please call our office to Schedule an Appointment..
CONFIDENTIALITY:
All sessions are confidential and our files are kept locked. We do abide by the HIPPA guidelines for disclosure of private health-care information.
PHONE COUNSELING:
This option is great for those that live outside the area or have a lack transportation. Please fill out the intake forms and mail them back or call us with your mailing address.
Phone sessions are one hour; with your long distance charge added which is usually minimal. Your calls, letters or e-mails are private and confidential. Any paperwork,
handouts, or books can be mailed to you.

PREMARITAL COUNSELING:
Eight 1 hour sessions of premarital includes the following topics: Communication and listening skills, conflict resolution, maturity for marriage, Love versus Infatuation, main
problems in marriage/statistics, pillars of good relationships, hindrances to intimacy & intimacy needs, male/female differences, temperament tests & differences discussed,
budget & financial issues, children, sexual issues, roles in marriage, influences of family & previous relationships, list of items to be discussed before marriage, and building
your mates self image. A blue certificate will be given upon completion which will give you a discount on your marriage license. We can probably tell you the areas that will be
the greatest struggle for your upcoming marriage so you are prepared. Special rates of $50 per session are available.
You can Choose What to believe:
For the Christian, we work with all denominations. We work with people where they stand in doctrine and are not dogmatic or pushy, desiring to see the body of Christ grow and
develop in their local church. We give scriptures for your interpretation, we work with local pastors rather than against them and we do not proselyte people into our individual
home churches or beliefs.
For the Non-Christian, we have worked with many people who do not want a Christian slant or prayer and would prefer that we not share in those areas. We will then work with
those clients on what is healty and balanced for life. Tell your counselor at the beginnings which you prefer.
